This edition originates from Paraguay and was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2020, resulting in a maturation period of around 13 years. Ageing in Paraguay’s warm, continental climate lends the rum a distinctive depth and a harmonious, finely structured bouquet. Distillation is carried out traditionally using molasses, before the rum develops its characteristic maturity in selected casks.
