The Domaine Eyguebelle distillery, located in one of the most fertile and beautiful fruit-growing regions of France, has a long history of expansion and innovation. Since its transformation from a factory to a company in 1996, it has borne the name "Eyguebelle", which translates as "beautiful water". Over the years, the distillery has produced a variety of syrups, liqueurs and spirits together with its spirits brand Aelred. Collaboration with local producers and the use of authentic distillation techniques are central to maintaining quality.

One of the distillery's specialities is an aperitif called Aelred Melonade L'Aperitif de L'Artisan, which is made from ripe Cavaillon melons. These melons are grown under optimal soil conditions in Provence in the south of France, which gives them a particularly intense flavour.

Tasting Note

Colour: Bright yellow.

Nose: Fresh, strong, fruity notes of melons and peaches.

Palate: Fresh, fruity flavours of ripe melons, peaches, sweet grapes, oranges.

Finish: Langs, sweet, juicy.
