The Ron Legendario brand, founded in Havana in 1946, is synonymous with authentic Cuban rums. The rum is produced in the heart of Havana. In the 1970s, production was relocated to the El Cerro district, which remains the brand’s main production base to this day.

Ron Legendario Very Old Reserva Especial is bottled in bottles crafted by hand. The rum undergoes four stages of ageing, which give it its complex structure and unique character.

This revival of Legendario’s master formula pays homage to the rum maestros who were able to create such an unadulterated and marvellous spirit. The Very Old Reserva Especial Edición Limitada, presented in a gift box modelled on a book, takes you 75 years back in history and allows you to pause time with every sip.

The front cover of the ‘book’ has a shabby chic finish, reminiscent of faint water stains, which can be found on all the gift boxes.

Tasting Note

Colour: Amber with coppery glints.

Nose: Fruity notes of citrus, dried fruit, peppercorns, vanilla pods and sugar cane.

Palate: Pleasant, with notes of sugar cane, vanilla, smoky notes and wild berries.

Finish: Long-lasting, expressive, with hints of liquorice.
