Isautier Arrangé Ginger Lemon Rum Liqueur combines the time-honoured production of rhum arrangé on Réunion with a distinctive blend of ginger and lemon. At its heart lies aromatic ginger from the island of Réunion, whose characteristic spiciness is complemented by the freshness of lemon. The result is a modern interpretation of the Arrangé tradition, deeply rooted in the French overseas islands, in which rum or rum-based spirits are flavoured with selected fruits, spices and other natural ingredients. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent, this bottling has a comparatively robust structure, whilst the combination of citrus freshness and ginger spice gives it a distinctive character.


This speciality is produced by Isautier, a long-established producer from Réunion whose history dates back to 1845. The company is closely linked to the rum culture of the island in the Indian Ocean and dedicates part of its range to the ‘rhum arrangés’ typical of Réunion. In the Isautier Ginger Lemon, the characteristic roundness of this product line and the warmth of the ginger meet the lively freshness of the lemon. Nose: Fresh and expressive, with lively lemon and aromatic Ingwerer, accompanied by a pleasantly exotic spiciness.

Isautier Arrangé Ginger Lemon is best served well chilled from a pre-chilled bottle and is suitable both as an aperitif and as a digestif. It also pairs well with desserts featuring lemon, coconut, pineapple or dark chocolate, with the ginger and citrus freshness creating interesting contrasts. This spirit is also highly versatile for use in cocktails, for example combined with lime, pineapple or soda water.
