Description
The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, about an hour’s drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.
To produce the Bloody Shiraz Gin, Shiraz grapes are steeped in the Rare Dry Gin. The grapes are left to macerate in high-proof gin for eight weeks before being pressed. The gin immediately takes on a purple colour and absorbs the sweetness of the ripe grapes.
Botanicals: juniper, pepper, Shiraz grapes, coriander, cardamom, cassis, aniseed, lavender, angelica, lemon, orange.

Tasting Note
Colour: Dark purple.
Nose: Fruity, citrus notes, spices, pine needles, pepper, raspberry.
