Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, ripe tropical fruits, oak, a hint of honey and spices.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with flavours of caramel, dried fruit, honey, oak, subtle spicy notes and dark chocolate.

Lazy Dodo XO Chronicles Rum is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks to allow the complex flavours to unfold fully. It pairs particularly well with dark chocolate, mature cheeses such as Gouda or Brie, as well as fruity desserts or caramel pastries. For cocktails, it is an excellent choice for a Rum Old Fashioned or a Rum Manhattan, where its complex flavours really come into their own.
