The Liquid Treasures Auchroisk 11 Years Old “Wonderland” is a strictly limited single cask bottling from Scotland’s renowned Speyside region. Distilled in 2011 and bottled after 11 years of maturation, this single malt comes from the Auchroisk Distillery, a somewhat underrated distillery whose whiskies often end up in blends – which makes discovering a rare single cask bottling like this all the more exciting.

Released by the independent German bottler Liquid Treasures, this whisky is part of the imaginatively designed ‘Wonderland’ series, which is synonymous with high-quality, characterful bottlings. Matured in a carefully selected cask (often with a special finish or prior sherry maturation), this single malt impresses with its depth, clarity and natural character. Bottled at 52.8 % ABV cask strength, without chill filtration or colouring, this whisky is clearly aimed at connoisseurs of authentic, unadulterated malts.

Tasting Note

Colour: Golden yellow with a warm sheen.

Nose: Fresh and elegant with notes of citrus, light fruits, malt, vanilla and a hint of oaky spice.

Finish: Long-lasting, warming and well-balanced with fruity sweetness and gentle spicy notes.
