Tasting Note

Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Strong peaty smoke, paired with sea salt, lemon zest, vanilla and spicy oak notes.

Palate: Intense and full-bodied, with dominant smoky notes, black peppercorns, sweet malt, caramelised oak and a light, fruity freshness.

Finish: Lang, dry and spicy, with lingering smoky notes, a hint of salty caramel and subtle woody spice.
