The Glengoyne Distillery is situated in the Southern Highlands of Scotland, near a small river which flows into the famous Loch Lomond. Since 1833, the distillery – one of the few still producing whisky in this part of Scotland today – has been producing the excellent Glengoyne whisky. Initially, this whisky distillery operated under the name Brunfoot Distillery; it was not until 1907 that it was given the name it still bears today.

Glengoyne’s Legacy Series pays homage to the distillery’s history. Each chapter honours a variety of important figures.

Chapter Three of the Glengoyne Legacy Series was produced in honour of Sir Arthur John Tedder.

Maturation takes place in hand-selected sherry casks.

Tasting Note

Colour: Brilliant amber.

Nose: Sweet, sherry aromas, notes of cinnamon sticks, vanilla, berry jam and apples.

Palate: Elegant, rich, juicy raisins, bread, hints of sherry.

Finish: Long-lasting, fruity, dried fruit, dark chocolate.
