Delamain produced this cognac under the name Vesper X.O., with ‘Vesper’ referring both to the evening and to the evening star. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep, golden amber.

Nose: Delicate aromas of fresh fruit and citrus, accompanied by a mild oakiness and a hint of dried flowers.

Palate: Full-bodied and rich, with flavours of caramel, spices, candied fruit and a delicate oakiness. Subtle notes of vanilla and honey round off the tasting experience.

Finish: Long and harmonious, with a lingering fruity sweetness and an elegant woody note that perfectly rounds off the experience.
