Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in our society, which is why the Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is based on sustainable practices and named accordingly. This sustainable rum honours environmental protection whilst setting high standards, and is transported to Europe by ship. The CO₂ produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurised tanks and processed for use in the production of carbonated drinks. The distillation residues are used as a natural fertiliser on sugarcane fields.

Ron Sostenible is a Dominican rum made from pure sugar cane juice, which is aged for at least eight years in bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks. The exceptionally unique blend of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks contributes to the particularly delicate flavour profile.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Sweet notes, dried fruit, vanilla, toffee.

Palate: Smooth, complex, slightly sweet, dried fruit, caramel, dark chocolate, toffee, vanilla, oak spice.

Finish: Long-lasting.
