The St. Kilian CLASSIC single malt whisky is the flagship of the multi-award-winning St. Kilian Distillers from Rüdenau in Lower Franconia and stands for German whisky craftsmanship at an international level. This bottling is a mild, unpeated single malt that is double distilled in original Scottish copper stills - in the style of Scottish tradition combined with German innovation.

The whisky is matured in a finely balanced combination of ex-bourbon casks and former Tennessee whiskey casks, which gives it its round, full-bodied character. The balanced selection of barrels brings out vanilla and caramel notes as well as a pleasant fruitiness and subtle oak spice. Colour: Light gold with light amber reflections.

Nose: Gentle and inviting with vanilla, honey, fresh apple and a hint of oak.

Flavour: Creamy and smooth with notes of caramel, yellow fruit, light spice and a hint of nut.

Finish: Medium-long, mild and harmonious with a fine sweetness and a subtle woody flavour.
