This fine sparkling apple wine is made from the selected apple varieties Jonagold and Bonita, which thrive perfectly in the region and lend it a pleasant fruitiness. Thanks to traditional bottle fermentation, the sparkling apple wine develops natural carbonation, which ensures a refreshing effervescence. Sommerbauer sparkling apple wine entices with a delicate, fruity aroma of ripe mandarins and fresh apples, which, combined with its lively freshness and effervescent texture, creates a truly special tasting experience.
