Colour: Pale pink.

Nose: Mild, floral, earthy, citrus fruits, juniper berries, hints of fennel and liquorice.

Palate: Peppery, spicy, tart, roses, cucumber, floral notes.

Finish: Long-lasting, light, fresh, dry, cucumber, citrus notes.
