It comes from the renowned province of Treviso in Veneto, which is classified as one of the most important zones within the Prosecco DOC and is known for its particularly fine, fruity, aromatically balanced sparkling wines.
This Prosecco is made from the traditional Glera grape variety, which gives it its characteristic freshness, floral elegance and pleasant lightness. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which ensures that the primary aromas of the grape are optimally preserved. The result is a clear, fine style with a lively perlage and a subtle residual sweetness that particularly emphasises the fruity notes in the Extra Dry style. In the glass, the Prestige Prosecco has a bright straw yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose is fruity and inviting with aromas of green apple, citrus fruit and white flowers. Fresh, balanced and gently sparkling on the palate with a pleasant fruity sweetness, fine acidity and a harmonious, soft finish.
