Produced in small batches, Masuria Roots Gin is distilled with a select blend of regional herbs, roots and spices. Juniper forms the basis, complemented by aromatic roots, wild herbs and floral nuances that give it an earthy depth and fresh elegance. Distillation is carried out using traditional methods, with the pure ingredients and soft spring water from the region ensuring an unmistakable quality of flavour.

With an alcohol content of 43% vol., this gin offers a perfect balance between intensity and finesse, which makes it perfect both on its own and in classic cocktails.

Tasting Note

Colour: Clear and pure.

Nose: Fresh and spicy with dominant juniper notes, accompanied by earthy roots, coriander, citrus fruits and herbs.

Flavour: Complex and multi-layered with a harmonious combination of juniper, gentle herbal notes, spicy roots and a hint of citrus freshness.

Finish: Long-lasting, slightly dry with earthy, spicy and floral nuances.

Masuria Roots Gin is perfect for a classic gin & tonic, ideal with a mild or slightly floral tonic water, garnished with fresh herbs or a lemon zest. It also unfolds its full range of flavours in cocktails such as a Negroni, Martini or a gin Fizzers. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to fresh seafood, smoked fish or savoury cheeses.
