Silver Seal Demerara Diamond Rum 18 Years Old is a rare single-cask bottling from the legendary Diamond Distillery in Guyana. Distilled in 2004 and bottled at cask strength after 18 years’ maturation at a robust 55.1% ABV, this rum embodies the full spectrum of flavours characteristic of the traditional Demerara style. The Diamond Distillery is Guyana’s last active distillery and is renowned for its historic distillation equipment, including iconic wood and column stills, which lend the rums their unmistakable character.

Bottled by the renowned independent bottler Silver Seal Whisky Company, this edition guarantees the highest quality, limited-edition status and absolute authenticity. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with a reddish-bronze sheen.

Nose: Complex and intense with notes of dark caramel, tobacco, dried fruit, spices and aged wood.

Finish: Lang, warming and spicy with dark sweetness, oak and hints of exotic fruits.
