Rooster Rojo AHUMADO 100% de Agave Tequila is a unique Reposado tequila that captivates with the characteristic flavour of blue Weber agaves and its traditional production method. The blue Weber agave is famous for its sweet and earthy flavour, which gives the tequila its unmistakable character. The meticulous production process begins with the roasting of the agave hearts, which are refined for 48 hours in an underground oven using firewood and heated stones. Following this intensive roasting process, the tequila is aged for at least two months in oak casks, during which time it develops its complex aromas and well-balanced flavour.
