Tasting Note

Colour: Amber.

Nose: Wood, sherry.

Palate: Delicate, smooth, mild, sweet, fruity, with hints of wood.

Finish: Long-lasting, mellow.

It is best enjoyed neat, with a dash of water or with a little ice. In summer, the younger generation likes to mix Jameson with lemonade and a little apple juice. In winter, the ‘Hot Irish’ or ‘Hot Whiskey’ is very popular. This is made by serving Jameson with hot water, a little sugar and a slice of lemon.
