The apples used for this Calvados come from the region’s finest orchards and, following careful fermentation, are distilled in traditional copper stills.

After distillation, Coquerel Grand Calvados 15 Ans is aged for 15 years in oak casks, during which time it develops its exceptional depth and sophistication. During its long ageing in the distillery’s cellars, it acquires its complex flavour profile, with a perfect balance between fruitiness, spice and woody notes.
