Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in our society, and Ron Sostenible Triple Cask consistently reflects this trend, both in its name and in its production process. This environmentally friendly rum adheres to strict ecological standards and is transported to Europe by sea with low emissions.

A distinctive feature of the distillery is the collection of the CO₂ produced during fermentation in special pressure tanks, which is subsequently used in the production of carbonated drinks. In addition, the distillation residues are used as a natural fertiliser on the sugarcane fields, rounding off the sustainable production cycle.

The Ron Sostenible Experimental Rioja Cask is first aged for eight years in bourbon casks before undergoing a special finish in Spanish Rioja casks. This finish imparts a pronounced tannin structure to the rum, which, combined with the wine’s acidity, results in a particularly dry and complex flavour profile.
