Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in our society, which is why the Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is based on sustainable practices and has been named accordingly. This sustainable rum honours environmental protection, sets high standards and is transported to Europe by ship. The CO₂ produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurised tanks and processed for use in the production of carbonated drinks. The distillation residues are used as a natural fertiliser on sugar cane fields.

Ron Sostenible Experimental Whisky Cask is matured for 8 years in bourbon casks. The rum is finished in port casks, which give it its outstanding port wine notes.
