Description
The Francoli family distillery in Ghemme, Italy, has been in operation since 1875 and is one of the largest and best-known distilleries in Piedmont. It was the first grappa distillery to have no impact on the environment and to achieve a carbon-neutral balance. The heat for the distillation process is sourced, for example, from plant-based fuels. The company has also taken part in the ‘Impatto Zero’ project, establishing a 340,000-square-metre conservation area in the forests of Costa Rica.
Luigi Francoli Grappa del Piemonte ‘La Visione di Luigi Bianca’ impresses with its incredibly alluring aromas and its well-structured flavour.
Brachetto, Moscato, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo grapes are used in its production.
