The Carúpano Distillery, founded in 1762 by the Spanish captain Felix del Fierro, is one of the most historic distilleries, renowned for its outstanding and multi-award-winning rum production. The rum produced by Carúpano is made exclusively from molasses and is characterised by an exceptionally long ageing period of 25 years in a single barrel. This meticulous and lengthy ageing process gives the rum an extraordinary depth and complexity of flavour. Furthermore, this special rum is both gluten-free and sugar-free, making it an ideal choice for connoisseurs who value purity and naturalness.
