R. Jelínek Slivovice Plum 45% vol. 0.5 l is a classic plum brandy from the long-established Rudolf Jelínek distillery in Vizovice, the Czech Republic. For more than 125 years, the distillery has been synonymous with high-quality fruit brandies that are closely linked to Central European culture and way of life. Slivovice is the distillery’s flagship product and is regarded as one of the best-known fruit brandies in the Czech Republic.


Only fully ripe, carefully selected plums are used to produce this fine spirit. Following gentle fermentation, the mash is distilled in traditional copper stills. The result is a pure, intense spirit with a robust fruity character. With an alcohol content of 45 % vol., Slivovice Plum is expressive, harmonious and yet smooth.
