He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelínek Distillery, which has gained international recognition for the production of high-quality spirits, particularly fruit brandies. Inspired by his family’s heritage, Jelínek decided to carry on the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967.
