Rudolf Jelínek is a well-known name in the world of spirits and distilleries. He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelínek Distillery, which has gained international recognition for producing high-quality spirits, particularly fruit brandies. Inspired by his family’s heritage, Jelínek decided to carry on the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967. Today, the distillery is renowned for its excellent products and its innovative approach to the traditional art of distillation.

Jelinek Absinthe is a high-proof herbal liqueur with an impressive alcohol content of 70 per cent. It is produced using wormwood as its base and is refined by the addition of essential oils from aniseed, fennel and coriander. This blend gives the absinthe its characteristic flavour and complex aroma.
