Inspired by Mamie, the owner of the legendary Kelley’s Ritz – a bar in Panama City renowned in the 1920s for its cosmopolitan atmosphere – this artisanal spirit reflects the rebellious yet welcoming culture of bygone days.

Made from selected dark rums that have been carefully aged, SeRum Mamie is characterised by a smooth, creamy texture and a harmonious interplay of sweet and spicy notes. The combination of Caribbean distilling expertise with natural flavours creates a full-bodied taste experience that delights connoisseurs of exquisite spirits. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this rum-forward blend offers a gentle warmth and a long-lasting, aromatic finish.
