The SeRum brand was founded in 2018 and draws heavily on the history of the Panama Canal. Each SeRum rum tells the stories of the heroes who played a key role in the canal’s completion. These historical references lend the products a special depth and authenticity.

SeRum offers a wide range of products characterised by their unique flavours and high-quality ingredients. Among the best-known varieties are:

SeRum Elixir

This rum is a blend that has been aged for up to eight years and is refined through the slow maceration of fruits, herbs and spices. Its honeyed and fruity aroma makes it a special treat.

SeRum Mamie

An intense and smooth blend of dark, aged Panama Rum, refined with cocoa, vanilla and toffee. This variant is reminiscent of Mamie, the proprietress of the legendary Kelley’s Ritz in Panama City.

SeRum Gorgas Gran Reserva

An internationally acclaimed blend aged for up to eight years in ex-bourbon casks. It is characterised by its marzipan-like and spicy aroma and pays tribute to Dr William Crawford Gorgas.

SeRum Ancon

Named after the first ship to officially pass through the Panama Canal, this rum is aged for at least ten years and offers a rich aroma of vanilla, raisins and spices.

SeRum Puente Centenario

This rum was first distilled in 2004 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Panama Canal. With its rich, fruity aroma, it is a true delight for connoisseurs.

The Panama Seasons Wet and Dry Vintages capture the essence of Panama’s tropical rainforests. Whilst the Wet Vintage captivates with its fruity and sweet notes, the Dry Vintage offers a dry, spicy taste experience.

SeRum is distilled in Panama using traditional methods and aged in selected oak casks. This meticulous production process guarantees high quality and a complex flavour profile that rum lovers worldwide appreciate.
