It is distilled from carefully selected molasses, which is then processed using traditional methods to produce an aromatic rum.

Colour: Warm gold with a hint of amber.

Nose: Vanilla, toffee, ripe banana, dried fruit and a hint of oak.

Palate: Smooth and rounded with notes of caramel, honey, raisins and spices.

Finish: Medium-length, sweet and smooth with a subtle woody note and pleasant spiciness.
