SeRum Elixir is an expressive rum liqueur from Panama that is made from matured molasses rum and refined with natural flavours to create a full-bodied elixir. The spirit is composed from traditionally produced Panama Rum, which is first matured in oak barrels before being enriched with a secret blend of spices, dried fruits and plant extracts. The result is a smooth, aromatically dense liqueur with an intense sweetness and exotic flavour.

With an alcohol content of 35% by volume, SeRum Elixir is ideal as a digestif or to enjoy neat over ice. It is also an ideal ingredient for rum-based cocktails, in which it impresses with its spicy-sweet depth and soft structure. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark gold with copper reflections.

Nose: Sweet and spicy with caramel, sultanas, candied sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of dried citrus fruits.

Flavour: Round, smooth and aromatic with ripe rum, candied fruit, brown sugar, oak spice and fine herbal notes.

Finish: Langs and pleasantly sweet with spice, dried fruit and a light woody note.

SeRum Elixir can be enjoyed neat, at room temperature or slightly chilled on ice. It is also suitable as a noble component in cocktails, e.g. in the Old Cuban, Rum Old Fashioned or as a creative twist in dessert cocktails.
