Tasting Note

A classic, well-structured, full-bodied and, above all, fruity champagne.

Golden yellow in the glass. Fruit dominates on the nose, followed by pears and apples. Notes of citrus, star fruit, fresh grapes and aniseed emerge. On the palate, it reveals juicy, fleshy notes of pear and grapes. It also has a fruity finish with a harmonious balance.

Grape varieties: 50–55% Pinot Meunier, 30–35% Meunier, 15–20% Chardonnay, 10–20% reserve wines.

Residual sugar: 10 g/l.

Closure: natural cork.

Serving temperature: 5–7 °C.

This champagne pairs superbly with fruity desserts and is often enjoyed as an aperitif.
