This dry gin is made from a blend of traditional and regional botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, rosemary and the peels of fresh lemons and oranges from the Algarve region of Portugal. One of the key factors that characterise the gin is its production method. The limited bottling is distilled in small copper pot stills, which allows for careful and precise extraction of the flavours from the botanicals.
