The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, about an hour’s drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.

Olive Leaf Gin is renowned for its distinctive flavour profile, which stems from the inclusion of olive leaves in the botanical blend. The Four Pillars team, led by master distiller Cameron Mackenzie, works with a local olive grower to source fresh olive leaves. These leaves are then infused into the Four Pillars Gin during the distillation process, giving the spirit its flavour and aroma.

Botanicals: olive leaf tea, lemons, bay leaves, olive oil, macadamia nuts, rosemary, grapefruit, juniper, lemon myrtle, coriander, lavender, orris root.
