Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting Note

Light yellow with a fine perlage in the glass. Intense aromas of lemon and mint on the nose. Fresh on the palate with full notes of citrus fruit and a slightly bittersweet flavour. Refreshing on the palate.
