The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. The family business was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. Drawing on time-honoured recipes from Ireland’s era of whisky distillation, they aim to revive the reputation of these Irish whiskies. Every bottle of the brand is numbered, marked with the year of bottling and adorned with Bernard Walsh’s signature.
The Irishman Irish Whiskey Cask Strength is a blended whiskey. This Irish whiskey is matured in American oak casks and bottled at cask strength.
