Twenty years ago, Hans Schwarz founded the Schwarz Wein Winery on Lake Neusiedl and turned his passion for wine into a success story. Originally a butcher, he took the plunge and turned his hobby into a career – a decision that quickly earned him recognition in the wine world. Today, the winery is run with dedication by Hans himself, together with his son Michael, who are carrying on the family legacy with a spirit of innovation and experience.

Schwarz KUMAROD CUVÉE WEISS blends 60% Grüner Veltliner, 30% Welschriesling and 10% Sauvignon Blanc into a harmonious composition. Careful ageing for six months in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and vibrancy of the grape varieties and brings out their characteristics to perfection. After ageing, the wine is gently bottled and sealed with a screw cap, which optimally preserves its quality and freshness.

Tasting Note

A pale yellow-green colour with silvery highlights in the glass. On the nose, floral notes, ripe pears, apricots and fresh limes. On the palate, it reveals flavours of ripe apples and a hint of lemon, accompanied by a delicate acidity. Long-lasting finish.
