At St. Kilian Distillers, truly premium whiskies are crafted for a global audience. This distillery houses more than 170 different types of casks, and it is precisely these that form the basis for the Signature Editions.

St. Kilian’s Signature Editions are individually bottled and signed with their own cask signature.

The St. Kilian Signature Edition THIRTEEN Single Malt Whisky matures in an exceptional blend of five different types of wood.

Palatinate oak, Hungarian oak, wild black locust (false acacia), chestnut and cherry are used in this blend.

Distillates from 2016, 2018 and 2019, produced from Scottish peated malt with 54 ppm, mature in these five virgin, fresh types of wooden casks to become a characterful, smoky single malt.

The Signature Editions are neither coloured nor chill-filtered and are bottled in the iconic St. Kilian pot still bottle.

Tasting Note

Colour: Amber.

Nose: Intense fruit, ripe cherries, apricots, creamy vanilla, subtle peat smoke, juicy BBQ notes, delicate woody aromas, spicy oak.

Palate: Juicy apricots, red cherries, sweet vanilla cream, warming woody notes, delicately spicy oak, white pepper, a hint of ginger, peaty smoke.

Finish: Long-lasting, creamy and spicy, dark fruit jam, subtle tannins, warming peat smoke, a hint of dry ash notes, cocoa.
