Redemption Bourbon is a bourbon crafted with great care to perfectly bring out the traditional flavours of bourbon. It is a reflection of the ‘spirit of the Native Americans’ and embodies the essence of the American whisky tradition.

This bourbon is matured for an average of 2.5 years in new oak casks that have been charred on the inside. The use of new casks and the charring process gives the bourbon a harmonious balance between woody notes and the natural flavours of the grain.

The mash bill for Redemption Bourbon consists of 75 per cent maize, which gives the whisky a mild base. It also contains 21 per cent rye and 4 per cent barley malt to lend the bourbon a certain depth.

Tasting Note

Nose: Vanilla, caramel.

Taste: Sweet, with notes of vanilla, caramel, wood and rye, and a hint of spices.

Finish: Long-lasting, spicy.
