"The best wines are the ones we drink with friends" – true to this motto, presenter Joko Winterscheidt and actor Matthias Schweighöfer have launched III Freunde Weine. This project reflects their shared passion for good wine and spending time with friends.

The idea came about over a glass of wine amongst friends, when they decided to create high-quality wines that are both contemporary and a delight to drink. III Freunde Weine stands for uncomplicated enjoyment that combines quality and conviviality. With a clear focus on sustainability and modernity, the brand offers wines that are perfect for relaxed evenings with your closest friends – stylish, authentic and with a touch of humour.

This III Freunde Riesling is made from 100% Riesling grapes and impresses with its pure, authentic quality. After careful ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap, which optimally preserves its freshness and flavour.

Tasting Note

A pale straw-yellow colour in the glass. On the nose, it is fruity, with notes of ripe peaches and fresh limes. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh with a well-defined sweetness. A long-lasting finish.

Acidity: 6.6 g/l

Residual sugar: 8.7 g/l

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C

An excellent accompaniment to fish and crisp grilled vegetables.
