Palmer & Co Champagne Brut Réserve is a finely balanced cuvée made from the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This balanced composition comes from first-class Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and impresses with its harmonious combination of freshness, fullness and elegance. The speciality of this champagne lies in the high proportion of reserve wines, which come from up to 10 different vintages and give the cuvée a remarkable complexity and depth.

With an alcohol content of 12% vol. and the classic bottle size of 0.75 litres, Palmer Brut Réserve stands for consistently high quality, style and substance. The average maturation period of four years on the lees gives it a particularly fine perlage and expressive flavour. Palmer & Co is known for its long-matured champagnes with a clear profile and elegant signature - and the Brut Réserve is a convincing example of this philosophy.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the champagne has a brilliant, golden yellow colour with a lively, fine perlage. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apple, yellow fruit, citrus zest and fine brioche notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, clearly structured and balanced, with a perfect balance of freshness, fruit and creamy texture. The finish is long, precise and pleasantly dry.
