Description
Description
The Glenlivet Distillery, founded in 1824, was Scotland’s first licensed whisky distillery and has since grown to become the country’s largest malt distillery, with an impressive annual output of around 12 million litres of whisky.
The Glenlivet 21 Years is the centrepiece of the renowned Sample Room Collection, which also includes the award-winning 18-year-old and 25-year-old Glenlivets. This exclusive collection is a testament to the distillery’s outstanding creativity, which combines The Glenlivet’s classic style with its rich tradition. The 21-year-old single malt is matured in an exceptional combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry, Tronçais oak cognac and vintage Colheita port casks.
This triple cask maturation lends it an impressive depth and complexity, making it a true meisterwerk.
