Tacama Demonio de los Andes Italia Pisco is a high-quality, intensely aromatic pisco from Peru, produced exclusively from the fine Italia grape – a particularly fruity variety known for its floral character. This Pisco is produced by Tacama, South America’s oldest winery, which can look back on a history spanning over 400 years and is today one of Peru’s most renowned producers.

The name Demonio de los Andes refers to the legendary Franciscan friar Francisco de Carabantes, who planted the first vines in Peru in the 16th century. The pisco is distilled using the traditional pot still method, without ageing, and made exclusively from the fermented juice of the Italia grape – with no added water or sugar. The result is a clear, authentic spirit with a strong connection to its terroir and an alcohol content of 40 % vol.
