Produced from the finest Paraguayan sugarcane honey – rather than conventional molasses – this rum undergoes careful distillation and is aged for 12 years in oak casks. This special ageing process gives it impressive depth, a smooth texture and a perfectly balanced flavour profile.

Paraguay is renowned for its unique climate and mineral-rich soils, which create ideal conditions for growing sugar cane. Distillation takes place in copper stills to preserve the natural flavours as much as possible. During ageing in specially selected oak casks, El Supremo 12 develops its distinctive notes of vanilla, caramel, spicy oak and dark fruits.
