Suntory Hibiki Whisky 21 Years Old is an exquisite blend of more than 35 malt and grain whiskies, including distillates from the renowned Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. These fine whiskies have been carefully matured for at least 21 years in various types of casks to develop their unique character.

A wide variety of cask types were used in the maturation of Suntory Hibiki 21 Years Old Japanese Whisky, including ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, ex-sherry casks and Mizunara casks made from Japanese water oak.

This variety of casks lends the whisky its complex and multi-layered aromas, making it an outstanding example of the art of Japanese whisky-making.

Tasting Note

Colour: Amber.

Nose: Ripe blackberries, bananas, hints of caramel.

Palate: Fruity, with notes of dried apricots, hints of honey, sandalwood and Mizunara oak.

Finish: Long-lasting, with hints of incense.
