Henkell Blanc de Blancs Dry-Sec is an elegant, finely sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., characterised by its harmonious freshness and fruit-forward style. Produced by the renowned Henkell house – one of Europe’s most traditional sparkling wine producers – this sparkling wine combines the French tradition of grape varieties with German precision and the modern art of cuvée-making. The term ‘Blanc de Blancs’ indicates that only white grape varieties are used in its production, which lends this sparkling wine its distinctive lightness and elegance.
It is produced using the classic Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This preserves the freshness of the fruit and ensures a fine, lively effervescence. The result is an expressive yet approachable sparkling wine with a dry but fruit-forward profile – ideal for a wide range of occasions. Tasting Note
In the glass, the Henkell Blanc de Blancs displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, it is fruit-driven with aromas of green apple, citrus fruits and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, it is well-balanced, crisp and fresh with nuances of peach, pear and a subtly tart finish. The finish is pleasantly dry, clean and refreshing.
