The Casks of Scotland range from A.D. Rattray presents a carefully selected collection of small batch single malt Scotch whiskies that capture the essence of individual whisky regions of Scotland. From the citrus-driven flavours of Speyside, to the smoky and nutty nuances of An Orkney, to the rich and peaty flavour profiles of Islay, each bottling offers a unique taste journey.

The latest addition to the Cask Speyside collection presents a 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky, which initially gains its complexity through maturation in bourbon casks and then gains additional depth of flavour through its finish in sherry casks.

Nose: almonds, cinnamon, red apples, blackcurrants.

Flavour: Cherry plums, spicy honey, juicy orange marmalade.
