Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is an exceptional premium gin from Galicia, in north-western Spain. Nordés Gin is produced in small batches, using native and wild-growing botanicals from the region. These include, amongst others, eucalyptus, lemon verbena, bay leaf, sage, mint, hibiscus and sea fennel – plants that perfectly capture the fresh character of the Atlantic coast. A total of 11 botanicals create a complex aromatic profile characterised by maritime freshness, floral lightness and spicy depth.
