‘MA e CO’ stands for ‘MAre e Collina’, which means ‘Sea and Hills’ in German. This is the name of a premium dry gin produced at the Sibona Distillery and refined using botanicals from the Piedmont and Liguria regions of Italy.
Distillation takes place using mineral water called EVA, which comes from Europe’s highest spring, situated at an altitude of 2,042 metres. This water is used in the distillation process to ensure the quality of the gin.
The Sibona Gin bottle is made from recycled glass, also known as ‘Wild Glass’. This helps to reduce CO₂ emissions and prevents the waste of raw materials.
Tasting Note
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Lavender, notes of citrus, sage, thyme, basil and rose.
Palate: Rich, with citrus and floral notes.
Finish: Long-lasting.
