The winery in Jerez de la Frontera is one of Spain’s best-known sherry producers and, with this white vermouth, impressively demonstrates that its decades of experience are also reflected in the production of high-quality aromatised wines. It is based on an aromatic Muscat wine, which is refined with a carefully balanced selection of botanicals.


The botanicals used include marjoram, gentian, rosemary and camomile, which lend the vermouth its complex and harmonious character. Tasting Note

In the glass, Lustau Vermut White presents a pale golden-yellow colour. On the nose, fresh, herbaceous and spicy aromas unfold, accompanied by subtle hints of marzipan. On the palate, sweet floral aromas meet elegant bitter notes, mineral undertones and fresh citrus notes, creating a harmonious and complex flavour profile. The finish is dry, pleasantly bitter and long-lasting.

Lustau Vermut White tastes particularly good on the rocks with green olives or a twist of lemon as a classic aperitif. This Spanish vermouth is also excellent as an ingredient in cocktails and long drinks. Culinary-wise, it pairs excellently with tapas, antipasti, pickled vegetables, seafood, marinated olives and light starters.
